"We have a wedding to plan and much less time than we thought we had. But we booked a place, and set a date, and now we need to come up with the frugal details, and that's where this blog comes in."

Madison Blossom's

My cousin Madison is selling hair blossoms, and they might work great for the wedding, if anyone is having trouble finding a hair accessory or hat for the wedding to match their outfit, she is selling them for $2.00 a piece in any colors you want!
I will post when she has an online shop set up. Until then let me know if you would like one!

My Jewelry

The Bracelet and two brooches are courtesy of Marie :), and the earrings were a gift from Courtney.

This is a buckle that will go great with the dress, all I need is to find the right color ribbon.

This is an actual vintage broach that I can use as a facinator for hair or use in the bouquet, anything really.

New stuff for wedding!

Mom got these for a bargain and a half at hobby lobby with combined sale and coupons! Very Beautiful!

 Great for a facinator

I have these now too

There are four packs of them. I'm sure we can make use of them!

Great Tip!

I got a wonderful tip the other day, when looking for vintage tea cups, to try looking at supply stores for restaurants and coffee shops. You can get them in bulk at a wholesale price.

http://www.englishteastore.com/tea-cups.html***** this site has it all!!!!!!!

vintage cake toppers

I'm digging the chocolate toppers. We might just do flowers, but these are too cool, so you other ladies planning a vintage wedding should check them out.

                                                                 found on Etsy 32$
etsy 7.50$ I would have to find a matching groom.
                                                                           Etsy 22$
I like that this is white because we dont know what colors he will be wearing yet, and matching the colors to ours would be a pain.

We want this photographer

http://billygrubbs.com/

He seems quite talented at story telling with a camera! I am excited to put em to work!

Mom's dress

Found at Modcloth.com

My maid of honor has picked her dress!

Kasey's dress. We are doing it simple with one maid of honor and one best man, no bridesmaids or groomsmen. She will include vintage accessories of course.

The Cake

We will probably go with GiGi's cupcakes, and it will look something like this!

OR we might do something like one of the following:
I am loving the naked cakes, and these look like something we could do our selves!
